Molly messieR
Molly is a Providence-based digital creative whose experience ranges from international art production to social media and digital design. Honing her craft at a full-service creative agency, she has worked with interior designers and luxury brands of all sizes, from up-and-coming designers to Luxe Gold List, Elle Decor A-List + AD100 firms across the United States.
Having spent 4 years living in Rome, Italy, her work is guided by a distinctive point of view that celebrates travel, art and design, coupled with a passion for the Mediterranean slow life. She focuses her pursuits on collaborating with a mix of soulful artists, designers, wellness & lifestyle brands, seasoned by the world of interiors.

Kevin brings a unique blend of analytical insight and creative intuition to the studio. With a background in data analysis and strategic content development, his expertise helps shape the direction of both our business and our clients’ success. His ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, strategic action has been instrumental in guiding key decisions and identifying meaningful growth opportunities.
Beyond analytics, Kevin also leads content production and video editing—infusing our client work with clarity, rhythm, and visual impact. His multidisciplinary approach ensures that every project is both thoughtfully built and beautifully executed.
Outside the studio, Kevin is a music composer and dedicated educator. He finds inspiration in nature and values the quiet clarity that time in the wilderness brings to his creative work.

Rachel is the lead brand photographer at Messi Thoughts Creative, known for her ability to capture not just what a brand looks like—but what it feels like. With a refined eye for detail and a deep sensitivity to story, she creates imagery that reflects the values, personality, and mood behind each brand.
Her approach blends thoughtful composition with emotional resonance, producing visuals that do more than showcase products or services—they invite connection. Working closely with our team on creative direction, Rachel ensures that every photograph supports a cohesive, visually compelling narrative that’s tailored to each client’s unique identity.
